How to Use BackRelieve Vests?

-Heat: Microwave vest with gel pack inside (Don't Worry, No Metal Parts on Vest!) for 10 second intervals, feeling pad for desired warmth in between, for up to 30 seconds total.

-Cold: Place vest with gel pack in freezer for 1 hour.

Can I wear it anywhere?

-You can wear your Backrelieve vest at home or during your favorite activities. Designed to provide relief while laying on the couch to playing a game of golf, use the insulating bag to even bring it with you on the go!

Shipping Policy?

-After order confirmation, product will ship with tracking available within 2 business days (24 hours if expidited).

-Check your email for order confirmation and tracking.

What happens if my package arrives damaged or is lost?

-If either one of these happens don’t worry, we are here for you! Things like this don’t happen often, but if they do send us a message with the details and we will make sure you are taken care of at returns@drsoothe.co.

Return Policy?

-If you are not completely satisfied with your BackRelieve Vest, within 10 days of delivery, a full refund will be issued. 

Please email: returns@drsoothe.co to get the process started. Include order # and brief description of why you are returning the product. We will reach back out within 48 hours with next steps.

-Refund may take up to 7-10 days to land back in your account after product has been received at our warehouse.
